Return Policy
How long do I have to return something?
30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
What condition does the item need to be in?
Same condition you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number.
How do I start a return?
Email us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label plus instructions on where to send it. Items sent back without requesting a return first won't be accepted.
My order showed up damaged or wrong. What now?
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate it and make it right.
Warranty
What the warranty covers
Every product we build carries a lifetime limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a piece breaks under normal hunting, trailer, or boat use, we stand behind it.
How long coverage lasts
For the life of the product. No registration, no time limit on the warranty itself.
Who is covered
The original purchaser. Keep your order number handy; it speeds up the claim.
What's not covered
Misuse, abuse, accidents, cosmetic wear from normal use, and any modification of the product. Gear used outside its intended purpose isn't covered. Every claim is reviewed case by case.
What we'll do
We evaluate the claim and, under normal circumstances, repair or replace the item. We know the abuse waterfowlers put equipment through, and we build for it.
How to file a claim
Email [email protected] or fill out our contact form with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a couple of photos. We'll take it from there.
Limitation of liability
Our warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product. We're not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states don't allow these limits, so parts may not apply to you.
